It was my direct X. definitely needed direct X updated. Launcher needs a direct X detector and if not up to date provides links to get it there.
running window 7, 64 bit with up to date graphics card drivers
Just tried it again and stopped at package 142 out of 145
Just downloaded game and run the launcher, I then click the play button and it begins downloading 145 packages, but always gets stuck on package 140...
