Resolved, Removed all my mods seem that is what was interrupting it how stupid of me haha!
Updated as you suggested, Plus forced the client to run my nvidia GPU and still the same bug is occuring.
Ok i'll give it a shot it would seem odd if it worked, as it shouldn't run with Optimus and such I'll let you know anyhow :)
