They look like that initially; give them a minute and it should correct itself.

    If not, do the following:

    windows-r

    type dxdiag

Save a text file and upload that here please.

Press the windows and r keys simultaneously.

Once the dxdiag is up the rest should be self explanatory.

It's special tool that collect data about your PC hardware and OS.
If you upload this tool output we can check what cause your problem with game.

Though problem with "black planets" is always caused by outdated graphics card drivers.

First thing to check: What operating system are you using?

i.e. are you running Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Max OSX, Linux?

*if* your running windows, then DX-DIAG is a tool that will report your system information so we can check for possible problems.

To get a DX-Diag report (under Windws 7), click the start button and in the "search for programmes and files" box type in 'dxdiag' and press enter...

That will appear with the system info box. At the bottom is an option to "save all information"- click that and save the file. Then post that file on here :)

Hi can you post the rest of the information after the 'Display Devices' bit... We need to see that graphics driver info (I think the size limit for a post cut some of the info off...)
