For those who always want to know how their commander is doing, this adds an information display to the screen showing your commander's health bar.

Special thanks to elitedanzel and @burntcustard for their assistance in updating and improving this mod.

Can be toggled on/off from the UI settings page.

I actually don't know :p I originally tried to put the bar under the player name on the left, but I couldn't find a way to tell which player was the current one.

Well I'm currently unable to help you test. I moved house over the weekend and am operating on a 0.3mbps wireless connection until I get an engineer pay me a visit on the 21st. However, I can perhaps get some guys in the Realm to test that for you tonight before the livestream?

    cool, I might install this.
I think this mod might be helpful when playing neptunio.

I have to dissapoint you mate, I haven't been able to get this thing to work at all.

Am I supposed to create the folder called 'mods' myself?
I can't even find the original mod list thingy. So I just added yours to the different folders I tried.

I tried installing in the following folders:
    1:
    Planetary Annihilation Alpha\PA\media\pa\ui\mods\rCommanderHP
    Planetary Annihilation Alpha\PA\media\pa\ui\mods\ui_mod_list

    2:
    Planetary Annihilation Alpha\PA\media\pa\ui\mods

    3:
    Planetary Annihilation Alpha\PA\media\pa\ui

Nothing seemed to work. I tried it against AI players. I also tried it in a 1v1.

Once both zips are extracted, it should look like this:
    Planetary Annihilation Alpha\PA\media\pa\ui\mods\rCommanderHP\rCommanderHP.js
    Planetary Annihilation Alpha\PA\media\pa\ui\mods\rCommanderHP\rCommanderHP.css
    Planetary Annihilation Alpha\PA\media\pa\ui\mods\ui_mod_list.js

I still can't get it to work, have you tried compatibility with the big mod pack? Because I have that one right now. Makes files go all over the place and I don't know which one belongs to which mod.

I'm sorry I'm not able to figure out where to place the files, I'm not that good with modding and stuff.

Yeah, I tried to install this last night. I had to create the folder called 'mods', as there wasn't one already. I just couldn't get it to show :(

If you already have the mod pack installed, use the attached ui_mod_list instead (this adds this mod to the pack). Extract it to the mods folder and overwrite the existing ui_mod_list.js file.

@cwarner7264, the mods folder should have been there already - it's created by the installer.
If you installed to the default location, the full path would be:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Planetary Annihilation\PA\media\ui\mods\
And the folder should look like this after the mod is installed:
    modsFolder.PNG

Definitely doable. I'd like to see if I can include the commander's current order, too.

Version 2 out - includes HP figures and warning.

Edit: Version 2.1 out - this simply include support for the Mod manager, no changes to the actual mod.

uhm, I understand that sometimes the 6000.0000000000000000000000001 type values we get are due to units dishing wrong or just actually very small amounts of damage but what do I have to add to prevent from displaying values after the digit?
