Hi stuard98, thank you for the newest release, although I currently don't even know what a Swarm and a Hive is Yesterday, we played Obliteration together. Feedback: It was really funny and balanced, in my oppinion. I'd like to play it more often, but last time I played it against AI, it didn't work. (AI didn't move). I never play legion. Prefer MLA. One thing confuses me: The legion icons. They are not consistent to the scheme of MLA. Of course, it is a new faction. But a bot is a bot and a vehicle is a vehicle. The colorized form of the icons should represent the unit type, while the inner symbol should represent the weapon types. I prefer a more minimalistic way. Just some personal thoughts. But overall, the game was very funny. The camera shakes gave a nice feeling. I'd like to donate, but unfortunately you refused So I only can say: Thank you for your mod.
Do you have any other AI mods enabled? AI should be working. Legion Icons should use the same style of icon as MLA. Most should be shared in fact.
Right, it works. Maybe last time I had Queller AI enabled. Hm, and looking at the icons... Yes, maybe i mixed it with vanilla legion or something else...
12.4 will be released in a few hours as last night's playtest brought an issue to my attention where drifters can't attack water surface. I might pack a few other adjustments in too.
Cool. Tested a bit... For my taste, sometimes it is too much "pew pew" (like the pew-pew mod) The colors are very agressive bright. Effects should be a bit more decent in background. Well, its taste.
I mean the explosion and shooting effects. Hard to tell if there are some specific units or weapons which bright colors. just general thought. For example, when I reclaim a half builded factory, then a middle huge blue energy flash appears. It distracts everytime when I am "just" reclaiming something
AI does not start. Maybe this is because my custom planet type? (ice+lava+mountain) (see attachment) Edit: After disabling Obliteration, normal AI can handle this map.
Disable all your mods, then re-enable Planetary Obliteration. Make sure you change the AI from Idle to PO.

Here is a picture of some MLA icon shapes that don't match general style, and I don't like them personally, because of inconsistency. All units are level 2 MLA tanks. One icon shape even look looks like plane icon.
The shielder uses a legacy icon, I keep forgetting to replace it. I'll look into changing the Thumper icon.
Alpha 13 Quitch has redone the AI. Other changes: Apocalypse Apparatus lower lasers can no longer hit air. Eviscerator can no longer hit air. Scarab can no longer hit air. Legion T1 fabbers can build anti-nukes. Fixed a couple of bugs involving amphibious units being buildable by naval combat fabbers.

Then I vote yes. By the way: Forget what I told in a previous post about unit icons. I've seen now, that in original PA even level 1 bots have the same icon shape extensions in case of rocket weapons. So nothing I could complain of. ("Original PA is wrong!!!11") Do you know what my favourite PO unit is? It's sonar By far the biggest barrier to adding new units is finding someone who can animate, model, and texture units I thought a bit about this, Some thoughts about this: What about some invisible units with no texture at all, such as a spy bot, a cloaked energy plant, a cloaked radar? Enemy would need radar to shoot at them. I don't know if this is technically possible. Also I thought about reusing existing models. For example a decoy commander, which is not a real commander in order to mislead enemies. Or a fake pelter. Or what about weapon models? Pelter P100: Long range cannon. Pelter P101: Long range cannon with increased accuracy. Pelter P500: Fast long range cannon. Very inaccurate. Moderate damage. Pelter P900: Very long range cannon. Slow reloading. Or: Hardened Energy Plant Maybe submenus required if technically possible. Just some ideas. I don't know if this would be useful, but I would like this. It gives the powerful feeling of having control So much for the talking... now I am going to texturing a bit...
