Nice! Missile ship I'm guessing?
Yeah with 4 aa guns on the side. Originally had diff guns, but it began to look like it was more powerful than the epoch battleship.
Made the model with the intention of having the side portions of the ship look like they are taking in water which is then expelled from the centre part at the back as well. No fx done for that yet.
This new unit is unnamed so far, although it has some pretty cool abilities.
As the special T2 air unit, it can drop napalm on enemy units below. Both satisfying and deadly.
As an alternate fire ability, it can deploy mini-turrets. (I might adjust its scale though, looks a bit bigger than I wanted). This ability has a recharge based on economy health.
It's taking the Wyrm's slot in terms of the buildbar.
Is this mod gonna have a PA classic version? My friends don't have titans and I sure would like to play it with em when its released.
Also, probably a bit late, but I'm really not a fan of that textured "weathered" look you nave on your metal bits. Makes your space death robots look like little toys made by hand. Little-big-planetish...

I'm going to have to agree with @stuart98 here. a lot would need to be done to make it compatible with the old PA balance wise, model wise and code wise. The amount of work needed to maintain two versions of the mod would be over the top. Sorry but it is highly unlikely that we will be looking into a version for original PA currently.
In regards to the textures thanks for the feedback, but unfortunately they cannot be changed at this point in time as we have textured everything so far in this style (a lot of content). Again a lot of work to redo this at this stage in development. Sorry couldn't really be of any help here.

A classic version shouldn't be too hard to make: I just have to adjust the buildbar. But @nicb1 is correct about everything else.
When I modelled this I only looked at the Wyrm and the t1 vanilla bomber for ideas. That's kinda funny though because it does look quite similar lol.
Woah you've got fidos.
Your T2 legion sniper bot does not look dissimilar to one of the Arm's more iconic units in TA.
I thought of it as ypu seems to have took heavy inspiration in the Impeirum Of Man. Xd
Thanks, I guess this could be one more reason for my miserly friends to get titans.
Dang I'm really kicking myself for not jumping in earlier, in terms of art/ideas I think I could have helped a lot in the very early stages. Maybe its for the best though, I wouldn't have made anything like this, since I never played TA. This'll probably make more people in the PA community happy.
You're so good at designing great units !!! This mod really feels like the second DLC for PA
Wow the similarity is there. Although I actually didn't base that model on the fido, instead I borrowed the idea from another mod called Command & Conquer: Fallout for Tiberium Wars called the Liberator. Highly recommend that mod if any of you feel like playing that game. Currently this unit is one of the most expensive T2 Bots.

In random news, currently I am working on the model for the air titan.
So here's the thing.
Vanilla has no shortage of useless units. Let's count them:
Grenadiers (To some degree)
Drifters (Most of the time)
Advanced Combat Fabs
That useless Sputnick probe
Legion will not have useless units.
So my question is, how do you avoid Legion being worse than vanilla when legion has more options, which makes them simply more flexible and therefore better?
Grenadiers (To some degree) - yup don't shot properly 1/2 the time
Drifters (Most of the time) - situation
Combat Fabs- u play m8
Advanced Combat Fabs- can be used but most people don't
Lobs- out ranges a pelter
Gil-Es- needs fixing asap
Slammers- where have you been
Vanguards- meat shield 4 levelers
That useless Sputnick probe- doesn't cost tons of metal or energy
Omega- more health, range, and fire rate to balance cost
Hornet- better now
Wyrm- can kill com in a couple shots, mostly useless late game
Catapult- -_- you obviously don't play enough
Most units aren't useless, just situation. Icarus, gile, and grenadiers are useless. Grenadiers are only useless because of the changes to the way they fire. In order to balance legion just have more situation units like pa
Combat fabs only useful for mines reclaim, useless in combat
Levelers > Slammers on land, barracudas are better in water.
Avengers or SXX are both more cost effective than Omega
I thought Catapult was useless due to low range and no AoE?
