Your best moment in PA so far?

What is YOUR best PA moment?

Mine was, I used a couple of nukes to destroy a Nemicus Commander JUST BEFORE it entered its teleporter to escape. Totally trolled it.

I was playing a 1v1 where planets collide and the moon hit. But my enemy was on the closest side and he got killed first within the smallest possible amount of time calculated by the game. And i won.

Area patrolling boom bots was a good time today, managed to wipe the planet with a couple thousand of them.

Area patrolling 50 nukes one time was pretty nice

That does sound pretty awesome The nukes I used where the first I ever used since PA was being worked on XD

The last minute in the lobby before our first Clan Wars game against VoW, with zaphod, marshall and cptconundrum in the spectator slots, and with a couple of hundred people in the Twitch stream. We were all giddy with excitement, and giggling like little schoolchildren. Exodus Esports FTW. Everything bad I've said about them is bullshit -- the guys delivered, and they absolutely rock.

Getting into a game and seeing the beautiful words "login accepted"

Having someone in the pregame lobby call me and all other Realm members scrubs who couldn't play PA. Then, once I was ingame, I killed every other commander except him, took control of both moons, and then laughed as he rage-quit in shame.

That is indeed a rare occurrence.

I was exaggerating, but yeah it used to be really hard to connect to a game lobby.

Well this was quite a while ago but I thought this was really fun. one of the best small planet battles I have had. also sniping people with fireflies when they had weapons was always fun.

Most of my best moments in pa were back in beta and I can't remember all the details but I had so much fun back then, its still fun now even though I mainly do 2v2's atm... but nothing compares to some epic 1v1's or the times where in a ffa you take over half the planet and the 3 remaining players team up to stop you but still fail one by one... ^^

Back in beta, I think, when combat was more dynamic and orbital was less instantly accessible and I was just starting to try out multiplayer, I was losing a FFA pretty hard but managed to escape to a moon before being wiped out. Popped up eco, built engines, and as I sent the moon into the main planet I sent my comm to the main planet so that he would arrive just after the moon destroyed everything on it. I really miss the days when games could turn around so quickly, well that's my perception anyway.

The very first time I launched a moon, it was at the freaking planet with everyone's stuff on it including mine, was purely awesome.
Another time would be when I first used the annihilazer when offline server came out, was an epic match where I grabbed so many different moons, then annihilazing my last enemy who was constantly nuking me.

Any use of the vertical flying nukes that did 1 damage back in alpha were my favorite thing by far.

Ninja teleporting mass advanced fabbers to enemy moon, powerbuilding halley and launching enemy moon into another enemy Two birds with one stone.

Oh god, speaking of; Back in alpha with those nukes my buddies and I were doing a game. We had such a huge advantage economy wise and everyone knew we were going to win. We ended up building tons of nukes and firing them off, not to do damage, oh no, just to troll them. They kept complaining they couldn't even see where to build things there were so many constantly going off.

Good times...

Was it that the game we played in the swiss tournament? That game just mad me sad (I was so close to getting off planet too)

One of the best moments for me was when me and some promethean members tried out the new alliance mode with alliance victory. We allied up and all won at the 1 minute mark (Not one single robot life lost)

I guess that would be the most extreme example of that, but I've had it happen multiple times. That was really dumb though, you should have won.
