You have obviously bad Community management.

Look, its obvious that the company is loosing support, from people who did once support this.

Human Resources failed at kick starter.

$2.2 million in 2012 to fund development of Planetary Annihilation.
Human Resources reached $384,358 at the time of cancellation.

Its like only 2 of 11 people from kickstarter still support this company.

Now you did by PA Titans, you do treat Steam Early Access gamers like second class customers.
By say Kick Starters do get free, Early Access must pay 13 euros.

You do sell by PA-Titans a game for full price, which is actually is just a patch and belongs for free for the Basic game.
Even Compared with worst Addons or DLCs it does show new levels.
Well there are missing game features and so on.

I just want to say Total Annihilation is a great and legendary game, but to be honestits seems like you are not even able to make even an average RTS game and don't care about the fan base.

    At this point.
I don't expect from this company solutions or fixes for the game or even atleast an apology.

In my Opinion, I feel personally as a Fan of RTS games total Ignored or don't take serious here.
And it seems like more and more people feel the same way. I am disappointed with this development.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
So what about Human Resources ? Why didnt they risk there ?

It's not about just this unjust payment. It's about the way we have been here treated all the time.

Yes there are hard core fans, but are they still enough to keep it alive or will they be scared away too ?

    Uber Entertainment ignored requests :

1 Option to Shut down planets launch,
so you don't win just by who launch the first planets, kill really the fun online.
2 game speed controls requested since 2013, no one did care.
3 Better online performance , like with Flat standard no planet maps.

    And so on.

    Improvemets like
    http://exodusesports.com/article/planetary-annihilation-titans/

A wider variety of terrain, including multi-level features
Balance changes and improved bot / vehicle differentiation
    Better notifications and sound alerts
    Offline mode
    Save/Load
    Improved Galactic War
    Spawnable asteroids
    Massive performance gains
    Better pathfinding
    Continuous AI improvements
    User interface scaling control
    Better System Designer
    Graphical improvements
    Continuous balance improvements

Belong for free to the basic game.

They demand obviously money like for a full price game for a patch.

There are honest and honest ways to make a DLCs like more Factions or Story missions.

I am really, really disappointed the way this company did develop.
Its obvious at this point, the developers of Uber Entertainment wont fix the problems, respond on issues and so on.

I personally have to say good by here. You lost a fan here.
By this weird and naughty policy to make games, its bad like by Electronic Arts.
I don't see any point more to support this company and their products.

Kickstarter backers took more of a risk than Early Access customers.

Deal with it. I'm sorry for being brusque, but I'm really, really tired of repeating myself now.

If you have a counterargument, please post it.

Otherwise, why waste everyone's time and thread space?

The risk for Kickstarter and EA is the same. Obviously the further through development the risk becomes less. However a $20 kickstarter backer is risking less than a $90 early access backer who bought the game a couple months later. So if it's about how much risk is taken then surely they should get the game free too?

Not in the slightest. I understand where you're coming from, but the fact that you get a 66% discount means there's only a difference of 33% off of the base price.

Furthermore, the entire reason the game made it to Steam, was due to the Kickstarter backers. Even if they paid $20, they directly contributed to the game existing in the first place.

You didn't. You waited until the game existed first. That is the risk you didn't take.

Kickstarter backers backed the product, Early Access purchases bought the product. Kickstarter backers gave money a year before there was a product, at a time when the entire thing could have collapsed and their money disappear down the toilet.

It's amazing that anyone is getting it for free, so the idea that even more people should get it for free boggles my mind. This content is only happening because Uber can charge for it and thus justify the development work. Some people don't seem to understand that. Without being able to charge for major content updates there will be no more content.

This isn't F2P game with an audience in the millions that can survive on an in-game shop. Hell, Uber tried to fund content off cosmetic skins and there was a backlash for its existence.

Uber gave away content for free to a segment of its audience while continuing to maintain the servers for an older product which is losing them money. Oh yes, we must protest that evil doing. I also hate the way EA always gives away yearly updates for free and maintains the online servers for its older sports game.

Almost all of those are updates that have been added to the base game over the course of the last year. Did you even read the article? You apparently aren't even playing the product in question or you'd know most of that is not only base game stuff, its base game stuff that has been in for months. Offline mode has been in for almost a year.

You should tell this to inxile who are giving their directors cut to "EVERYONE who already owns the game", not just their kickstarter backers.

Nobody risked anything on the other Kickstarter. It didn't succeed, ergo, nobody was charged.

Different developers do different things. One is not a reason for another.

That's like me saying "well Valve made TF2 F2P every other developer should as well". That's silly.

With this Pyrrhic Release , Uber Entertainment lost the last trust and respect from Steam Early Access.

Its pretty sad that actually nothing will be changed here.

There will be no apology for the Steam Early Access.

There will be no real farther development of the game.

Most around will remember the main two thesis that crushed Human Resources Campaign:
"Uber will stop development of PA if you back this" and "Uber has already stopped development of PA, they will also stop developing of HR before it gets finished"

What you are saying is basically equivalent to the first one. And that first one---well, it obviously did not came true, nobody who doesn´t wanna look like a troll can deny this!
Do you really believe it would come true now, when the situation is ways better for Uber?!
As Better game should hopefully lead to better reviews and better sales...

Because they said buy early access and you will get early access and an exclusive commander, and then delivered completely on that promise? Ah, but they didn't deliver on some stuff people made up in their head.

Also, why are people never capable of speaking as individuals, they always have to big themselves up like they represent some greater group.

You're comparing ownership of a game that came out almost a year ago to one that came out in the last few days. What point are you trying to make exactly?

You know what else had a petition? "Ban GTA V Cuz it Makes You a Lady Murderer". That fact that a petition exists and that people have signed it doesn't really mean anything. What's important is what they're saying, not how many people are saying it.
