S@!@# on with this update which should have came out around the same time ps3 had the support for it.

The size of your hd doesn't have an effect on the overall gameplay experience, AFAIK.

That's alot of space, you're the only person I know of who could even fill a TB, let alone two.

Hated the arcade, you couldn't even fit many arcade games on it so why call it the arcade? Might as well call it a glorified memory card. My ps2 one had more save game space on it then the arcade.

The 3.0 usb speed is what i was talkin about.. I got like 600 arcade games, 700 indie games, and maybe 100 games on demand or close to it.

But the xbox only has usb 2.0 inputs and even though a 3.0 usb can reach up to 5/gbit it's still limited to how fast the device can write information.

Well once i get everything transfered over.. Ill report how well it works with playing and reconizing the game etc... Dont think ill put my indie games on it.. Ill keep them on a usb stick or a 120 gig drive just because the load times for them are horrid.

finally got my games moved to my new hard drive an all i can say is wow! It took like 5 minutes before on the old hard drive just to load a few titles pictures on the dash screen. Now its almost instant. Games do seam to load a little quicker and theres like maybe a few less seconds of load time lag.

Trust me on this youll notice it if you do switch to a usb 3.0 hard drive
Again i got a toshiba one which was around 139$ at walmart canadian... 2 terrabyte

Games on demand, are highly not well implemented on the 360. Basically, you get one download, linked to one account and one xbox. If you are offline, or if you ever lose the file or it becomes corrupt, you lose, good day sir. You have to repay for it all over again.

I think they changed it towards the end only for games purchased toward the end. That is a much better plan, making it redownloadable, even if it is locked harder to use on just 1 account 1 xbox.

I'm 99% sure you can redownload them if you deleted the file.
But it is true if you got banned those games are lost to you; a good enough reason for me not to download games since I like to talk good **** and have been temp banned/comm banned about 5+ times over my 6yr tenure.

I'm probably going PS4 soon anyway, only games I have an intent to play are MKX, Smite, ES:O, Bloodbourne, and SW:Battlefront.

I have been toying with an external SSD, it should be a lot faster. Sure, it won't be 2TB, but the seek times might make a difference.

It'll come to PS4 I reckon. And if it doesn't, then I could easily run it off any old laptop with a mouse.

I'd take Bloodbourne over the typical xbox exclusives, and most of my friends on xbone are just GOME pubkids who play Smite now, like Gunked.

360 is getting pretty boring, that's for sure.

Yeah you can re-download any file or game you downloaded previously. I just recently redownloaded Nexuiz, which was actually pulled from the marketplace and had all its online servers taken down.

xbox 360 is pretty boring but xbox 1 is just halo for me anyway, which is too broken to play.. that's coming from someone who put up with MNC for years. It's just quake, shadowrun, and free gold game campaigns with some friends for the time being.

We can somewhat revive MNC too ya know. I'm too lazy and would assume most have moved on, but there's still plenty around.

From what I have heard bloodborne ain't to good and the eventuality of
    mnc2
keeps me going. Also ran into baz on smite. Good old Texan who sounds like a drugged up Brit. In other news witcher 3 right around the corner.

    UUuuuuuuuggggghghhhhhhh.
That was being done in UNITY? THAT was the big engine update????

Holy hell, what a joke. Now I am actually happy it didn't happen...if you think MNC is laggy you have never played a game in Unity...MNC's net code is buttered silk compared to Unity...

FWIW, Unity is great if you want to learn to code (although Unreal is better), want to make a browser based shooter (I am serious here...it is as bad as it sounds), or if you want to not have to pay for an engine and still release a game. Nothing else though.

well bottom line is the 2tb hard drive is faster then the default xbox hard drives...
when my xbox hard drives were down to 3 gigs left they ran horribly slow..
this is not the case with the externals... i got 700 gigs left and it runs like a xbox hard drive with only 3 gigs used
