? i wasnt off line,was play like always only vs ai.... players pay them ...but we can play them off line... Now im confuse..... But ok.
The offline play update a few weeks ago makes it that if your computer is good enough and you click vs AI skirmish it will automatically start an offline vs AI game. If your computer is considered too be too weak (this means 32bit system or less than 8gb ram) it will stay with online play, as offline play requires more ram. People pay for commanders to show them off in online games vs other players
Honestly, I think Uber is pretty rad for making their DLC like this. You buy the game, you get the whole game, but you just have to pay (or have backed) for the privilege of using them in multiplayer. I know a lot of people don't like that Uber included DLC-type things in the game, but come on, you gotta throw them some props for doing it this way, no?
So, when not all Coms show up in the com selection menu while hosting a game, I know I am not actually going to play offline?? There is no message that tells you "you are not going to actually play offline!"???
I agree there should be an indicator whether you are going to play offline or online when you have set the server selection to automatic.
But wy pay for them when i can play with them free? I dont think its right , i can play any ACU without buy them! Iff its to pay, you showldnt be alowed to play all acus even iff its off line. Thats wy im confused . Strange options again by Uber.
That might be something that gets fixed later on...But for now... Why the heck are you complaining? You get the try out the ACUs before buying them. Doesnt seem wrong to me.
i would have thought its pretty obvious IMO, free advertising, you try it offline and you buy it for online.
Commanders are basically for bragging rights and expressing personality. There aren't a lot of people to brag to in single player, so why bother locking them?
It would be totally pointless to lock them up for offline single player, because anyone could install a mod which unlocks them for offline. As others said, you buy them if you wanna show off in online.
I prefer play it off line and not pay it on line,we already have good acus that are on fielf to relax....
