Wow, I can't believe how well I did with this lame strat

I did this for giggles and went 29-31-0/19-8-0/32-29-0/24-27-2 in the 4 games I played.

Assassin Speed 3 (nothing else matters much)
Upgrade Cloak 2, Then Cloak 3.

Stand on ejector cloaked
Get ejector kills/ring outs
Swap ejectors when you start to get found out or enemies stop coming that way.
Keep 250 to hit annihilator when it comes up.
Spawn Gremlins with rest of money.


This is the lamest thing I've ever done in my life. But it was so much fun.

I've been messing around with a more defensive assassin, and this is what I came up with:

Gold ROF
Silver Clip Size
Bronze Crits

Use shuriken. With Gold ROF and Silver Clip Size, you can actually kill bots pretty quickly, and you'll get a TON of assists. I get my sword and just level 2 sprint, and the rest of the money goes towards spawning gremlins and building turrets. I never really come out more than halfway to their base unless we're really pushing in. I just stay back behind the safety of my bots and reign down waves of Shurikens. Went 13-38-1 once doing this. You won't get a whole lot of kills yourself, but you pretty much keep anybody in your lane from regenerating health, and with your gremlins constantly rushing in as well, you'll end up getting a LOT of assists.

That being said, I've only tried this strat with a team against random pubs.

If we're on the subject of MI references, I'd more say that this is the second best community I've ever seen!

And on topic...huh, sounds fun. Every once in a while I make a weird Assassin and play with her for a bit. Never tried this specific build of Defense Assassin.

A 3.3 ShaveIce would put a damper on this strategy. I had no idea the awesome annoyance factor of the all powerful 3.3 ShaveIce until I was forced into a Support. Cloak = no go. Frosty flakes for everyone!
