[WIP] PA Mod Identifier Generator

Has a GUI now and automatically copies to clipboard. The label does not at the moment refresh on subsequent presses a button. Here's an example of an identifier it generates:

Previous:
Allows you to generate a unique identifier for your mod. Currently you have to install Python in order run the script. Eventually the package together with the interpreter. Some planned features are a GUI and automatic copy to clipboard.
