This is a combination of what used to be the Noot Noot for PA mod, the Show Commander on Main Menu mod, and also the slideshow on the main menu mod. It shows your default commander on the main menu like in classic, and adds a slideshow behind that to change the picture. Currently includes the titans background, the classic background and the steam wallpapers. There is also a 'noot' button for Pingu-related requirements. Settings will come soon-ish
