I am currently in university most of the ports are blocked in the network, will that mean I wont be able to play online?
Will port forwarding be required to play online? or will the dedicated servers need no open ports.
One of the main games i can play without any problems is team fortress 2.
    Thanks.

Unless the game is doing something bizarre, you shouldn't need to, as long as you're not hosting.

You will need to port forward to host. I don't believe you'll need to on just being a client.

I'm not sure yet. Need to find out.

It's not that it isn't know... it's that I don't know what it is... yet.

Im pretty sure all ports are closed on my uni network. If anyone is familiar with the game global agenda, I used to play it when I was at home. However, at uni i cannot even seem to login.
I will take what you said into consideration and keep my hopes up.

    Thanks.

Should sticky it in the PC forum when you get a chance.
