Will buying the digital deluxe without the game key, give me the digital deluxe key for steam?

Hey guys, i was thinking about buying the digital deluxe key from the uber store, i bought planetary annihilation from the steam store and i was wondering if i buy from the uber store, if it will give me a steam key to redeem it as dlc. Since the digital deluxe upgrade is technically dlc on steam, but its 25$ i would get it off the uber store for 20$. But i use the uber launcher to launch the game btw.
