Is there a wiki (website with facts and information) for this game? Most games have their own wiki; they are helpful since they tell people all of the information they need to know. If there isn't one already, then will there be one in the near future?

As cwarner7264 said - there already are some. I personally run the PA Matches wiki – so I'm biased there. However, it is the biggest Planetary Annihilation wiki out there. The gamepedia one is the official wiki. pa-db offers nice overviews of the unit/building stats - but nothing more.
