Why wont Uberent relpy to my request??

    I'm sorry for posting here but I don't know what else to do. I got a ticket for support a week ago regarding lost details for PA which I bought for my son in the early days of kickstarter . He lost his details including email which is needed . I sent them all my account details to prove the purchase. But they haven't responded despite me sending more requests. Do you know if support is still there or is Uberent in trouble? Can anyone out there in the ether help me with this?

    It can take a while with support, you'll either get and answer instantly or have to wait quite a while.

    Remember this like a 40 person team, I doubt they have very many support guys! XD

    I had to manually approve this post, so there's likely not a copy of the game tied to this account.

    40? We only recently peeked as a company at just over 30.

    @mkrater is our only full time support personnel, though a few of us troll the forums on occasion to help out (I'm the visual effects artist). Were you able to send us the original email address used on Kickstarter? If not I'm not sure there's any way to verify the purchase as that's pretty much the only real information we actually get through kickstarter apart from what the pledge amount was.

    Thanks for the fast responses. He asked me to pay for the game so I forwarded my billing address which ld have as it is requested when payment is made(standard practice stuff). Unfortunately he's lost his details including original email(not mine). Because he cannot download it to his computer . Is there no way you can use my personal address details on the bill to retrieve the lost account? Thanks for the offer of sharing account to play. He now has more powerful gaming computer and would love to try the game on it as his last one didn't run smooth.
    Thanks,again for the response. If anyone can get in touch with support thanks for that as well.
    PS: he does remember his username though. It is kington

    Sorry about the delay. Due to how many requests are received, it can take a while to receive a response and I don't generally work on weekends. :)
