Why so blocky

I noticed that the resolution is locked to blocky with no options to change it anymore. Is this normal or do I have a bug?

have you tried removing appdata Pa files and repatching?

C:\Users\tatsu\AppData\Local\Uber Entertainment\Planetary Annihilation\localstore\Local Storage

(replace tatsu with your usename)

yes, and it's not greyed out or locked, try what I suggested.

Resolution settings? PA does not allow you to change to any other solution than your desktop resolution.
However there is a slider to do down- or upsampling. If you set that to very low you will get pretty blocky graphics.

its not running in my desktop res its far lower

Than you probably changed the setting in the options so it renders in a low resolution and scales it up.
I forgot how the option was called and I cant check now. But it isnt hard to find I think, did you check your options?
