Why does planetary collision that destroys your commander and the enemy's now count as a loss?

I guess it does make sense, however it seems to discourage one of the cooler aspects of the game in my opinion, where before I saw planetary collisions frequently used, now I see it a lot less.

It is also more accurate, where you can hit your planet and kill his commander but not yours. Only the crater area kills, not the whole planet.

Same reason using the dgun to kill you both was a loss on your part in TA. :)

the question is a bit weird ... but if by that you are meaning that you kill both yourself and your enemy it is simple ... you dont survive = loss
