At around the 8:30 mark of game 15478103156647626879 time dilation kicked in. I couldn't pull performance stats as I was watching the stream of this game (15:40) rather than in it. There were no obnoxious area patrols that I'm aware of, no teleporters acting as huge collision points. It seemed incredibly early for this issue to arise. I'm interested to know what caused the server to struggle so that the issue can be avoided in the future. I think it's likely to do with the tree heavy planet, but if it's possible to get confirmation that'd be really helpful.
AFAIK each server runs multiple games, so there could have been a parallel game on the server slowing the other games down.
