Judging how I was a well known member myself last I even bothered checking (accidentally clicking myself), I guess it's active, then wellknown, then post master general. Also bet it is based on some combo of posts and likes, like +5 a like and +1 a post, because geers has tons of likes and 1/5th my posts and he is a post master general.

Then it's probably based on how many shitty memes you post
