Can. It is a walking (slowly) T2 point defense tower with decent HP.

As I recall it, couldn't a Can take a point-blank nuke? I'd say it has the edge.

A better comparison would probably be between the Brick (in FA) and the TA Can. Or a Percy vs the Can.

They would kill each other at the same moment.

Or the Brick and the Sumo?

I really do love the older simplier designs.

Back when models and textures just needed to get the job done.

Hmm the Titan is quite fast and does have a sheild. I wonder if it could do hit and run attacks until victory (since the sheild recharges).

Titan. Has Shield, and Higher rate of fire.

Can. Has high powered, slow firing laser. Heavy Armour.

    Id say a Tie :p

^this. With appropriate micro the Titan could attack, retreat, recharge shields and repeat. Nice dynamic added by shields that I will miss in PA.

    I don't think there's any non-experimental unit that can take on a Sumo 1v1.

Will we be seeing a PA version of the Can?

    The Can Vs Titan:

The Can wins, with around 250hp left.

    Hawk Vs Gemini:

Hawk was massacred. A salvo from a Gemini nearly kills a Hawk (4x100 damage missiles, vs 510hp for a Hawk), wheras the missiles from a Hawk do 70 damage each vs the Gemini's 2450 health.

Raevn, did the SC:TA mod every get completed enough to be playable? And if so where can I get it?

Did this include micro or was it just a slug fest?

Personally I would have thought the 'Brick' versus the 'Can' would have been a more appropriate matchup...

    I mean come on here

The problem I see is that the TA mod uses the stats from TA....making supcom an order of magnitude above the TA units in raw power, and more sophisticated hardware.
