Its been well over a year now thanks to their device. It made quiting effortless for me , even around my smoker friends.

Erm I tried one of these, then realized that it wasn't quitting anything but made it so I could get away with sucking nicotine indoors.

My friend gave me a book called 'quitting the EASYWAY' and I actually quit cold turkey after smoking pack/day for 15 yrs.

Its a trip 'cause his argument is 'quitting isn't really that tough' it's mostly just that we're brainwashed into thinking it's a huge deal and we'll need help and support groups and e-cigs. It's not really, nic withdrawal is the same feeling as hunger, so I just felt hungry for 2 weeks. That's it. I still have a hard time accepting how easy it was, srsly.

Also I still have the e-cig and like 3 months of carts + a charger so if you don't wanna quit hit me up and I'll make you a ridiculous deal.

Word thanks. It's actually the easiest way to quit. I thought is was the toughest before, but the book helped me understand that it's just a bunch of BS. You feel hungry from nic withdrawal, thats it. Trying to use some other crutch to quit is the hardest way to do it.

btw has been 1 year and some months so far.

I was a 2 pack a day smoker when I quit cold turkey. I started at about 15, and quit around 23. It wasn't that horrible at all.

I recently read an article about the misconceptions of self control, and how we actually have as much as we are willing to believe we have. Makes sense to me.
