Tony is a super new hidden character. He looks like this: He is they number one enforcer of MNC laws, some call him the Virtue and Vice police. He has been injured to the point of needing a cybernetic body to replace his body, but he can fight using gassy fumes. He has more health then a level 3 passive tank with gold armor, and it is rumored that if he ever enters a match then the whole universe will explode in a glorious, stinky explosion.
