One problem that I have with this game is the lack of voice chat. I can sometimes see the mics going in the lobby and hear the person as well, but I rarely (possibly never) hear team chat during a game? Is this a problem on my end or is it universal?
Most people either cant get their mics to work or they just don't use them, but when they do generally that team wins.
There's no way to mic test or change mic volume in-game so nobody knows if they can be heard and everyone is too timid to respond to someone using one, so they don't think they've been heard and stop using it.
It supposedly uses the built-in steam voice chat, but most people probably don't know that or don't know where to go to configure it also I think by default the game's volume is very high, and steam voice receive volume is fairly low
