Where the heck is the start ring?

Every time I start a game, the start ring doesn't show up. The first few times I played i could see it, but then about a week ago, they just disapeared. I can still randomly click around the planet and eventually I find a start location, but its kinda annoying. I did a little searching and cant seem to find a fix but no luck.

I dont know if this is a bug or not, but when ever I select units, I cant tell on the world which ones I have selected if I loose track of them. Anybody got any ideas?

Cinematic is on. Go to Settings -> UI and turn it off.

There is no start ring. There's a start circle though

Indeed, i got the same problem when i turn cinematics on. God knows what it does, but it's there ^^

Cinematic mode removes the UI from the planet itself. This mode is not meant to be played on but to make nice screenshots and cinematics.

Does that mean I am god?
