Where are the servers?

It says there's 500 players in 300 games or something like that and I only see 3 servers pop up when I play. Most of the time, it's not in my region

PA is traditional RTS. Only games which not yet started displayed in lobby.

All of those games that are up there are games that are in progress. You can't join a game that is in progress.

It'd be cool if you could see that list of games, possibly if they added a spectator mode.

Uber originally said you'd be able to join in-progress games, allowing for huge battles spanning days.
Anyone know if this is still a thing that's happening?

EDIT: I think someone uber said that anyway, I'm going on memory.

I sure it's was said by devs multiple times that it's technically possible. They mentioned it as one of advantages of client-server architecture.

I guess it's not mean this option will be available anytime soon.

Aah ok, well hopefully we'll see it in an official expansion if not at release. Can't imagine how it would be implemented and I don't have the brainpower to think about it right now, but I expect it would be awesome.
