When can we expect the next round of server-side tweaks?

There's been a good amount of time to play after the update to see how the new changes are working about and do a bit more balancing. Can we expect any non-patch tweaks any time soon? Are things like Juice Machine cooldown tweakable without a patch?

I'd like to know what you guys can tweak as well. Obviously colors... what else?

There was one last week. The Mascot got a color change.
