What's up with certification?

So how do we all feel about the Fallout New Vegas title update taking less than a week to get certified? Apparently they submitted it on the 6th and it's going to be out next week. Nothing against Obsidian, but I think it's kind of a slap in the face to Uber and fans of MNC.
