What Would You Do?

Today I played one of those newbie weekend buyers. His name was blank and he pinged 300 to Japanese servers.

In the first game he said, I did well.
Me, being so nice and wanting to keep everyone around as much as I can, replied, You all rocked.
Most of the server was newbies but I am trying to encourage them.


Next game, I am my teams only Assassin.
At some random point in the middle of the game, without having said anything else in team chat, he said, Our Assassin sucks ***.
Assassin is not my main class but I win 90% of the time with it, even when I played Vlane and Awpteamoose on a 320 ping.
Being pretty confident that my Assassin does not suck, regardless of the situation, I wondered if I had missed a chance to save him or what.

By the end of the game, I had the highest score (money) by over $1,000 without the winning bonus, as well as the highest bot/turret kills. I was the only person to damage their Money Ball, and I alone got it to 0% as they got our ball to about 10%.
As far as over-time goes, we were losing until the very end when I bought juice and hammered it.

I didnt want to talk ****, so I just said, I suck eh?.

Ignoring the obvious fact that I had won the game he replied, I did well.
He was the lowest-scoring and most useless player on our team.


I am trying to keep new players playing by being super nice, but when you encounter this kind of kid, what would you do?
I didnt reply or flame him.
Do you think I should have?
Is this the kind of player we should prevent from continuing to play the game?
What does this player become when he grows up? Vlane? Awpteamoose?
Or worse: verden?

What would you have done?

PS: Second thing I did when I got out of the hospital today after almost dying was to play Monday Night Combat.
And get this game above. I just cant stay away from this game even after the juice changes and near-death experiences.

It wasnt a pub, but also I was on your team along with Awpteamoose, so I dont want to say that I directly beat you or him. I think the teams were stacked (us 3 against anyone = win, period. No exceptions).

One of my considerations is that if other people see us talking ****, they may want to quit also.
I mean we may not talk **** to them directly, but if we talk **** to another guy they may think the community as a whole is filled with assholes.
That was my reason for not saying anything to the guy I met in my first post.

Also in case you are wondering why I may have died-
I act on Japanese TV and do modeling (magazines, commercials, whatever, and no I am not famous). I make it a point to stay very thin, but apparently I took it overboard. My intestines have somehow gotten tangled.
There was some kind of blockage, and when I went to the hospital today my smaller intestines were 5 times their normal size at one location. They gave me some medicine which will do something I dont want to discuss but will help my condition.
Without that, my intestines would have simply burst and I would be dead or near death at this time.

That being said, dont worry about my condition. There is no chance that I will die as a result of this. I dont need any get well soon wishes as I am already on a full path to recovery (though it may require surgery).
I am perfectly fine now, so dont worry.

Now I have to join a server and see how they do.

Last night I nearly tripped on the sidewalk, but lucky as I am, I just managed not to.

Also sometimes when I play mnc, I press b-3-2 instead of b-2-3, I find it to my way of being a rebel.

Your intentions were good and probably did the right thing, but I think you are a better person than I am. I just tend to tell it like it is. I am not very adept at sugar coating things.

I would have said it how it is. Kid sucks and should get better or quit.

No sense giving baddies false hope in thinking they're good, if you do they'll always stay bad.

You did as well as you could have.

I would have went with "Suck it" or "If I suck then what is with your score?"

I get told assassins suck all the time even if I have the most kills and bot kills as well as the best KDR. Sounds like someone was trying to troll.

I usually reward that with repeated stabbings.

Prettymuch this. Generally when someone manages to kill me via luck or timing. Then proceeds to talk about how assassins or myself in particular are terrible - while sitting on top of one of the cans on the spunky cola arena, with gold armor. :lol:

Bonus points for the fellow the other day who was a deployed gunner doing this late game. You'd be surprised how much crit shurikens and "surprise sword up the tailpipe" can hurt a guy.


In all honesty if someone is being a douche on my team i'll ask if he's paying to replace my shoulders from how painful it is to carry his fat ***. If he's on the other team?... Uhhh... Speaks for itself...

This is kind of off topic but a banned user was on the opposite team as I was he Air Striked my spawn room (Does this work on the PC?) and killed me. He sent me a message saying "Ban that!" I just lmao'd.

I play support because, honestly, that is all I am decent with at the moment. It is easy for me to spot the bad 'Sins because they are the ones I can kill. ><

I have seen some good ones though that blow my mind. "Sin is a cool class, and I will strive to be better at countering them, but I am not sure it fits my play style.

More power to the good ones. I hope to play against you so I get better.

As far as I know the strike smacks on a mesh in the top of the room, unless he found a sweet spot that lets it slip past. Tho why the ceiling of the spawns isn't just solid is beyond me

I would do the same thing as I already did once. Tell him that we will stack blue, then in last sec change to red. And taunt the **** out of the mofo and totaly stomp the server by myself (when I play pubs I usualy play to get stylish kills, like double kill with headcrab and stuff (but still be the best without stomping it too hard). Then say: "Next time i might consider using both hands" and leave the server with erection.

He's proud he beat a bunch of pub players!

I really hope you guys aren't doing this...
