At the moment this doesn't exist. We hope to get the game optimized to the point where this is a realistic request, but at the moment the cheapest laptop I know of that can run SMNC well is ~$1400. We have a $700 laptop in the office at the moment that we hope to get the game playable on.
Ah! I guess that explains why my $330 laptop struggles then? =P EDIT: In this case, is there one in said price range that could run atleast 30 FPS with settings all to 2?
The laptop we have runs at around 15-20fps with all the settings at 1... We absolutely want the game to run at 30-60 fps on a laptop like the one we have, it's just a matter of time to get the game optimized for it.
