What to do if your account is hacked

Xbox. brother's account was hacked somehow. It won't let him sign in and all 5000 of his points are gone

Then I would contact xbox live support from the email address you made your xbox account with. But I'm not familiar with xbox support.

After waiting 30 minutes on hold, we were finally able to get our accounts back.
