Personally cant wait for the orchestrated versions of the in-game music.
Otherwise when i have heard it too much I turn on my playlist of Spor and Noisia. Especially the BBC sets.

You can just copy/paste the youtube link and the forums does the rest, like this:

Toss in some CnC Red Alert 1 and 2 as well!

I like the above one for its building sense of danger.

Unfortunately all the TA music in my playlist got taken down ='(

I also listen to a lot of trance, and I've currently got a playlist of almost 200 songs. One of my current favorites:

krakanu: tidal wave song is pretty cool. I used to love trance music but lately I haven't heard anything really epic...

I turn off all music to listen to PA's soundtrack. Even though it's not final, it is amazing.

Usually talking with friends on skype to cordinate, but if I was playing solo and was going to choose something other than the included ingame soundtrack I would propably use C&C and RA oas well. I love the RA song "bigfoot" damn thats cool

    I try different things:

    this mostly : http://grooveshark.com/#!/tatsujb/collection

yeah, there's a bit of every genre in there. You definitely can't put a label on me that says "likes X genre of music".

    I tried @peewee1000 s idea : https://forums.uberent.com/threads/well.54664/
    worked fantastic.

i find drum and base works great, chopin works awesome(but I guess that's just me), some types of electro don't work out at all like cut copy or things that are on the ambient side(things like Juno Reactor or birdy nam nam work great, though). hard rock just gives terrible results. actually I think I can extend that to any rock (just to be specific here, I'm not saying what musics I like or don't like in general, I'm saying which ones work well with playing PA). if i snag a thing or two in this thread don't be surprised.

I must say that I only use my epic orchestra playlist if I've been playing PA for an extended period of time as the music would at that point have become repetitive. My TSFH playlist has over 100 items and it gets put on shuffle :D
But unless I have been playing PA extensively, I must admit I leave the in game music on as now that some of the orchestrated scores are being put in (and even before they were) it just sounds awesome.
