Just a curious question. I often find songs like "Propane Nightmares" and "Midnight Runner" by Pendulum really help me concentrate, as well as things by Flying Lotus, Hudson Mohawke and some really, really, really hyperactive crap that excites me. What do you listen to?

    I listen to footsteps.
    Also cloak.
But music I listen to is the best without a doubt, motown, classic rock, the like.

Usually I'm in a chat with someone.

Otherwise, I usually have party shuffle on. So a bunch of random stuff.

As I Am by Dream Theater
    Minerva by Deftones
    Burn by Nine inch nails
    Judith by A Perfect Circle
    Schism by Tool
    Blackened by Metallica

They always tend to set the mood during a good non-lag match.

Anything that helps cover some of mickey cantors dialog.

"Is it cold in here? or did my ex-wife come to the stadium?"

Funny you mention pendulum cuz' I have been listening to a lot of stuff from their most recent album while playing.

    The island, part2(dusk)
    Immunize

Also like to listen to some funny remix stuff, porter makes the best stuff imo.
    Community-the stevemix
    The presto beat

Or maybe something completely different, all depends on my mood.
    N.W.O

This! But in the rare event there isn't an assassin I wack up the volume on my speakers. I listen to some Kings of Leon if I'm chilling, or if I'm looking to up my game, some pendulum or alike.

if I could use last.fm on my xbox and play MNC at the same time, I would do that. But alas, I do not, so I don't listen to anything.

I don't listen to music during MNC mostly because I'm normally in team chat. But the music I listen doesn't really fit with a shooter. I mainly listen to:
    Sublime
    Pepper
    Slightly Stoopid
    The Expendables
    Toots & the Maytals
Miscelanious 90's Alt Rock (best music decade by far)
Early Punk (Misfits being my fav).
    So yeah.

Almost forgot Buckethead myself. Any specific songs? I've only managed to find one of his albums thus far, so I'm kinda curious whenever I find another Buckethead fan.

    Rick Astley made me lol.

I listen to mostly ambient stuff, like this.

I'll also listen to something like this. Or maybe I'll just turn on some of the non stop DJ mixes that Renard put out.

I have his whole discography, so that would be a bit of narrowing down.

    I would start with (songs):
    -Nottingham Lace
    -Soothsayer
    -Sail on Soothsayer
    -Jordan

From there, just get a hold of some of his albums, and leave them on in the background of what you are doing. You'll come across SOMETHING you like in there.

I used to be a huge Buckethead fan and the thing about his albums they're all over the place. His does some crazy **** then will flip it and do some ambient stuff. Personally I think it writes some of the bet instrumental ballads.

I'd say his two best albums are Monsters and Robots and Colma each at a different end of the spectrum. One more experimental the other serene and ambient.

Big Sur Moon is my favorite Buckethead song from the Colma album. That video is a special "performance" of it. lol
