What exactly does Critical Shot do?

    I put it on my assault clas and Gunner and have not noticed any difference. And is it effective with Tank weapons? Especially the secondary. Be nice to add some dmg to that. :p

    Im also surprised not to see an elaborate guide to all Endorsements on this site. Fail :(

    It makes bullets and projectiles purple now and again but I don't really see any kind of damage boost on the classes i've tried it on, it must be fairly low.
