Weird Error Screen on Connection Lost

Was just turning on my cap card to record some more gameplay when my connection was lost on trying to join and this weird screen came up.

Scoreboard had 4 assassins, all named WWWWWWWWWWWWW, and they had all killed 888 of every type of bot, and had $88.88 cash.

Anyone else see this before? Not sure what caused it. Had to go straight to the dashboard to get out of it.

This has happened a few times to me and quitting all the way back to the dashboard is the only way to get out of it. I can't reproduce it but every time it has happened to me it has been when I was at the 'shotgun shell/bacon high five screen' trying to connect to a game and I get the 'unable to connect to server message'. Instead of dropping back to the title screen it drops to that weird logo screen and hangs.
