Lately I've noticed yet another influx of new people on MNC, dozens of low levels and I say we must nurture these newbies, teach them to become competent players, guide them through the treacherous waters that is the MNC try hards. Go easy on them for they are the future of MNC!!
Preach on. I've been saying this for the past 4 months. Pubstomping is a hard thing to stop, however, as alot of players find it fun to destroy unsuspecting newbs into the ground. Tell them that they are ruining the game for other players? They answer with, "Why should I sacrifice my fun for the fun of others?" Cue endless discussion about selfishness, online gaming etiquette, and general online attitude towards others. Imo, the inability of the majority of the community to nurture, much less not destroy rookies, has been more damaging to the playerbase of this game than the lack of updates, additional content, bugs, and balance issues combined.
I've always welcome to new players. GT: XENONOX I doubt they would read this though; most of those new players will probably just add good players as they play through the games they're thrown into. Amen.
Any skilled player can dominate an opponent. It takes a certain level of skill (and maturity) to control the game in such a way as to keep victory just out of reach. In this way the newb doesn't give up, and he can figure out what is working and what isn't without being told what to do by someone trying to be "helpful".
I love ending up in a lobby with complete noobies and picking support and just run around healing people watching decent games play out without getting slaughtered by high levels.
Amen brother, I usually prefer to give them a fighting chance. Stomping a bunch of noobs is really no fun at all. I'm experienced enough that I can usually keep the match under control without humiliating the noobs. I remember how bad it sucked, getting stomped. not fun at all. If I am with a group that can't compete, I'll leave. It's just rude to stick around, rubbing it in.
When you're bad like me (not saying you are Futtbuck), you try to go after these a little too hard sometimes when trying to increase the amount of ubers....Sorry to the new guys

Needless to say he doesn't have a good impression of the game and has called you Tom zatchamo( sorry if I murder your name), you, miracle, rev rabbies, and kczki a "FREAKIN' MODDERS!!!!1!" If you see Helbound x3vi1x, don't completely destroy him please.

I think he was assassin or support I was the assault, that's my 2nd worse class so I figured while my friend Plays assassin I can work on my assault, so yeah I "kinda" suck
I feel comfort knowing there are players out there who are decent as people but then that should be the norm, unfortunately it isn't.
I don't mind answering questions, accepting friend requests, and doing whatever I can to help out a new player. However, I DO prefer to win, and will try to do so. Usually while amassing a large kill streak. Funny how many rage messages I've gotten have turned into friend requests after apologizing for the unfairness.
