been getting this all day. I can chat with people in the game, sometimes they are able to build and play the game, but my UI never appears and all I can do is move my commander around with a big rectangle of "Waiting for other players to land" in the bottom middle of my screen.
This is a known bug. Check out the bug tracker link that's provided in the sticky! You can look for the bug that you are experiencing then submit your vote toward the bug (or submit additional comments on the bug if you have any). Be sure to check out the other listed bugs and contribute your votes and comments to them as well!
Also, it seems to help if you quit and then rejoin the game. This can lead to other problems, but you'll have the energy and metal indicators as well as all of the unit commands.
