This has got to be the weirdest glitch I've ever encountered with PA. Basically, I'd been playing an FFA (my connection had been acting up a fair amount), when suddenly, the view started rapidly panning down and wouldn't stop, basically spinning whatever planet I was on around in my vision. I could go to saved locations, or view a hotkeyed unit, but as soon as the view got there, the view started to rapidly pan again. Changing planets had no effect - the effect persisted in System view (which I accessed via spacebar) as well. Stranger still, after I left and reconnected, the spinning was still there! The only thing that stopped it was hitting Enter to chat - but as soon as the chat dialog was gone, the spinning resumed. I eventually had to quit the FFA since it had become unplayable - but now I'm wondering, has anyone else encountered this problem, or have any idea why it happened?
