Purchased the game today, game installs fine but there are missing files. I cannot verify files, it will attempt to do so but stops at 60% then loading bar disappears from screen. tried to reinstall still no luck, has anyone else had this problem and is there anything I can do to resolve it.
I don't think I've seen someone have an issue like this one. Out of curiosity how do you know you're missing files? Is the launcher complaining or the game?

I have seen download problems like that twice. Once, the CDN hadn't fully propogated out the new patch and the error corrected itself in a day. The other time, PA.exe somehow got stuck running and wouldn't release ths files that needed to be replaced. Force quit PA.exe or just restart the computer, then verify the files again.
I get a simular problem!! but not that... It will not verify the files after a patch has been downloaded... i have to click verify for a second time in order for it to complete a patch upadate.
It seems to be the first issue your describing, after installing it says the update was incomplete and asks that I verify. Appreciate the help, I will give it time and see if it works out.
I have the same issue as vakillers. Every time there is a patch the launcher says incomplete verification and have to reverify. there are worse things with the current launcher then this one of them being a requirement for administrative privilege in order to run.
