I need my username fixed so the W is capitalized in it. Apparently the Kickstarter fulfillment code calls strtolower() on usernames it inserts into the phpBB database. I entered it with an uppercase W since I had to make the assumption that would end up being my display name in the forum. Also, not mentioning that the username on the registration form will be used as the display name is bad form. This needs to be clearly articulated otherwise you end up with people putting in usernames they assume are for the store front that they may not want to display publicly on the forum.
Hard to believe the greatest scientific mind in the universe is having trouble with something like that. But yes, what Ratchet said basically. support@uberent.com
