Username and Display Name Conundrum

If you go into the store page you can see on the right, username and display name. Although this is a bit pointless because usernames show up when you log into the alpha, instead of display names. I assume this will be changed?

Also when people are able to convert their keys into steam ones, will it be using their Ubernet Display name/username, or steam username after they log in? I am confused :s

Good question as I've forgotten the store allowed us to set display names.

Might be a feature to be activated at a later stage. I would still like some official word on this.

I was going to raise this issue myself but wasn't sure which sub-forum to post it in.

I think it will later be changed to the display name.

Also I can only guess here, but I am pretty sure it's going to use your Steam display name. Not your Steam account name.

Showing the plainout account name can also be a security issue.

Nice to see others who have also noticed this issue. Glad I'm not the only one.
