If Uber could hire Sorian (Michael Robbins , http://soriandev.blogspot.nl/ ) to program the AI for PA, it would be AWSOME.

Yes! Sorian KI was cool... but I think there is a better one for supreme commander now. But I forget the name.

Frankly they need someone for AI. Take a look at the SMNC forum if you're brave enough and you'll see they have problems even programming NPCs to walk in a straight, pre-defined line.

Its hard to make a good ai, its hard to make a good AI for a RTS game.
Sorian can do it.
He has proven it with Sorian ai mod for Supcom 1. It was so AWSOME that Christ Taylor hired him for the AI in Supcom 2.

I can't remember an AI that was truly better then Sorian's AI. Some AI's just waltzed over you. But no AI surprised me with it's tactics as Sorian's AI.

making a cheating ai is not a problem. Making a realistic non cheating AI that can beat humans is HARD.

AI is english and means Artificial Intelligence.
KI is german and means Künstliche Intelligenz, which can be directly translated word per word.
