Have you guys considered using a public bug-tracker of some sort? I don't doubt that you guys use one in private, but something public where users could submit their issues would be super-handy. It doesn't have to be something super complicated like Bugzilla or Mantis, perhaps something a little simpler like GetSatisfaction or Uservoice?

I only ask because it seems kinda easy for issues to get lost in a forum, plus bugtrackers make it a lot easier to tell which issues have been resolved. Heck, I'd even offer to host one, but I'm not sure you guys would like some outsider hosting something important like that.

xShadowStormx linked to this in the sticky, which is at least a simple way of submitting bugs. A way to attach files (ex: logs) would be helpful, though.
