I don't know if anyone else has run into this yet. However I played a couple games where I was killed by a juiced Assassin and a juice Assault. Only to respawn, see them juice again and kill me. This happened all throughout both games.
It is possible that if you get a high enough kill streak you can earn enough money with each juice that you can buy more juice and repeat perpetually. However, I was playing earlier with an assassin that juiced less than 5 seconds after having juice end- which was most curious. Also she was nowhere near the juice stand, so strike that.
Thats what I'm saying. They were in my base, juiced,killed me, i respawn, they juice again, and kill me again. They just contunally juice.
