A flying wind generator (basically, a rigid kite/glider attached to the ground).
A small, cheap wind generator, but very fragile and that can be targeted by both anti-ground and anti-air units so light fighters would be effective raiders against those.

I just want to state that this sounds like an amazingly cool idea for a unit.

Why not just look at the old thread on the subject?

If you're going to say something like this, provide a link. I realize it's sometimes annoying to always having newcomers posting the same stuff, but think of it this way. The more threads that have the correct link, the easier it will be for newcomers to find their way to the preferred topic.
