is there allready a mod that modifies behaviour or gives units task queues ? for learning

No that I know of. We don't have access to those parts of the game yet through the API.

I hope we will in the future though.

Edit: This is not entirely true. There are some mods like Hotbuild and Builing Writer that actually queue things. Look them up in PAMM if you're interested.
