UNBAN LAVIO FROM SMNC

Lavio's actions don't warrant a permanent ban from the game. He never did anything explicitly offensive, and yet people who did are still riding high. I'm not asking for a forum unban, I'm asking for the lifting of Lavio's in-game ban. He was an avid player of SMNC, and by banning him you're losing one, possibly two dedicated players of SMNC who play over 25 hours of SMNC per week.

Just saying, I've seen and read a ton of crap from players who aren't banned. I don't ever remember reading anything against the rules by Lavio...

Oh yeah, that one rule about making alt accounts...

Forums =/= game

Mm...can't say I knew he was behind that or which acounts he was behind. All I can say is that far worse and more annoying things have been done.

There's no rule in the Forum Guidelines mentioning the use of alts whatsoever, and I don't recall every intentionally violating any of the Guidelines.

A post was made clarifying the use of alts was permitted when used in accordance to the guidelines.

However, apparently just making one was grounds for a ban regardless of the purpose of the alt was for, good and/or bad.

Then there are those who won't be named who've used alts for much more devious purposes in the past *cough just1nerd cough* *HACK* *COUGH* *WEEZE* *COUGH*

As Lavio says, two wrongs make a right.

I won't contest Lavio's forum ban. I'm questioning Lavio's permanent in-game ban, which really should have nothing to do with the forums.

Pathetic how mods ban people for the dumbest things, but the people who really deserve to get a ban, don't get it.

He got banned again because the mods constantly think I'm Laviolette when I sh­itpost.

I think it was when I was trashing up the forum with some shock links.

As far as Lavio being unbanned, I think he should. Forum action should not dictate game action. That, and the true reason he was banned was more or less because all the Alpha players hated him, so the mods bent to their will.

Meanwhile, Harry Butchers creates multiple accounts impersonating other forum members for the sake of "comedy".

But you know. Rules.

If the mods bent to the will of the alpha players you'd see other people be banned to, butchers included.

That isn't the case, so your baseless accusation is nothing but hilarious.

I'm not necessarily saying that the alpha players/mods cater to him, but if someone defended me every open opportunity they got, then I'd probably be more prone to look out for them than anyone else.

If you listen closely, the stampede of "people want to be in the alpha player clique" is on it's way. I feel like Mufasa suddenly.
