Hi, I have contacted Uber support and they have referred me here. I am unable to play mutliplayer unless it happens to be 1 in the morning. I have tried all of the things support suggested but none of them have worked. I have uploaded my DxDiag in this post.

It's missing one of most important parts:
    Code:
    ------------------
    System Information
    ------------------
DxDiag Previously: Crashed in system information (stage 1). Re-running DxDiag with "dontskip" command line parameter or choosing not to bypass information gathering when prompted might result in DxDiag successfully obtaining this information

Can you try to run it again?

Can you please explain what exactly your problem is and what's you tried to solve it already?

Are you really sure it's time specific? If so, it may be custom rules in your router or maybe even at the ISP level. Some throttle during the day but not at night. Who is you Internet provider?

Can you also post a log from PA itself from a session where you cannot connect? You can find those in "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Uber Entertainment\Planetary Annihilation\log". On a typical install %LOCALAPPDATA% will be "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local". Just delete the ones already there, start PA, try to play multiplayer, wait for it to fail, exit PA and upload the newly created log here.
