Firewalls! You probably have a firewall that's blocking PA. As a test, try to disable your firewall. If it works then, then it was indeed the firewall that was blocking PA. You will then need to add PA to the list of allowed applications for that particular firewall.
Some Virus-scanners have a integrated firewall/packet filter. Try disabling those for a test and see what happens.
With or without the launcher, it's still the same. When I start the launcher it Started On game but it goes in the game menu (with multiplayer and solo) but when I want to connect, it does not work
Ah, sorry. I meant to ask if you can log into the Launcher itself before you even press the "launch" button. Does it accept your credentials there? It kind of sounds it does from your description. If the Launcher itself does work, but the game itself does not, then it means that the game itself is being blocked by something.
This sounds like something is blocking access to the game, like a firewall, antivirus, or other internet security program. What program do you use for internet security? Please ensure that there is no monitoring/blocking of SSL connections, ie to https://uberent.com, open ports 9000-9100 in your firewall, and "allow" uberent.com as a host.
